Booking in with us is easy!
For piercings; fill out the piercing booking form found underneath our Piercing Guide page.

Unfortunately we do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
All clients must be 18 years or over and will be required to bring in a physical form (or Service NSW approved digital form) of photo identification on the day of their appointment.
-
All tattoo bookings will require a deposit to secure a session date and time for both artist and client.
This amount will come off your total on the day and is fully refundable up until the 48hrs before your session. If you are booked in for a full day, the non-refundable period is extended to the 7 days before as it is a larger commitment for both artist and client.
Piercing bookings do not require a deposit.
-
Any cancellations within the non-refundable period, including no-show appointments, are subject to a forfeiture of deposit to cover reservation and drawing times for the booking.
For cancellation requests made before the specified non-refundable periods, we will be able to either place a deposit on hold for a future session OR refund the amount back to you in full. Please advise, it may take the refund up to a week to process depending on your bank.
-
If you have an extenuating circumstance which prevents you from attending your booking, please call the shop directly at 02 4861 6977 BEFORE your appointment start time. We will be able to assist you in finding another day which works well for both you and the artist to reschedule to.
Repeated reschedules of the same appointment may result in a forfeiture of deposit.
Failure to attend your booking without any contact before the start time will result in the session being deemed a ‘no-show’, and our non-refundable deposit policy will apply.
-
Make sure you drink plenty of water and have something to eat before your tattoo/piercing appointment. Keep the area clean and free of injury where possible.
Do not consume any alcohol within the 8hrs before your appointment and ensure you are well rested before arriving.
For your tattoo appointment, wear dark, baggy clothing and remove any accessories from the tattoo area (e.g. bracelets, necklaces, anklets).
-
Under 16 years will require parental consent for all piercings.
The minimum age for ear piercings is 5 years; we will not pierce anyone under this age.
Intimate piercings are strictly 18+
-
Some piercing types will require an anatomy check to ensure the area is suitable for piercing. When filling out our piercing form, there will be an asterisk next to your selected piercing types to let you know if an anatomy check is required.
Any anatomy check can be booked as a separate free consultation, or will be performed on the day prior to piercing.

Yes we do! We sell both piercing and tattoo aftercare here at the shop; including saline spray, tattoo ointments and a tattoo foam wash.
-
Yes, we offer touch ups! All bookings have a 3 month period after your session with us where the first touch up during this time is free of charge.
Touch ups must be done by the original artist to be considered a complementary session, and any requests outside the 3 month window will have a small fee applied to cover supply costs.
-
We are more than happy to fix up your existing tattoo, however there will be a fee applied to the session. This amount will vary depending on the work required to fix up the existing tattoo.
-
You will not be able to get a tattoo for 6 weeks after a major surgery, unless specifically advised by your doctor it is okay.
This also applies for any serious injuries sustained, such as broken bones or severe burns.
As your body has undergone a lot of stress, getting a tattoo while you are injured may result in infection and will affect the healing of both tattoo and your existing injury.
-
No, we do not sell numbing cream as it is considered a medical product. Some brands we recommend for numbing creams are Numit or Tattoo Numbing Co.
If you are looking to use numbing cream for your appointment, let us know before arriving at the shop.
-
Unfortunately we cannot tattoo or pierce you if you are currently pregnant.
Our services are considered body modifications and will cause extra stress on your immune system response, especially if you are pregnant.
-
We can tattoo with ink containing cremated remains, however we do not offer the service of mixing them into ink as it is a process which requires sanitisation practices and equipment we do not possess.
Ash-infused ink will need to be provided by the client along with certification to confirm the ink is sanitary and safe to inject into the skin.
A service we do provide is turning a portion of cremated remains into a piece of resin jewellery that can be a dermal piercing or an earring. If you would like to further enquire about this service, please let us know!
